A Perfect Sourdough
When I started learning how to make sourdough bread, I had a lot of failures. I had over-proved, slack dough, under-proved taffy-like dough and everything in between. There were a few successes but it wasn’t until I studied this video that I had regular, perfect sourdough loaves time after time.
